Vegan, paleo, and refined-sugar free peanut butter patties for a simple dessert or snack! Rich & creamy like your favorite childhood peanut butter cups!
Now growing up, I ate a LOT of peanut butter cups! It was my absolute favorite candy to eat and I usto go through bags of it! Years later and peanut butter cups are still my favorite candy to eat.. SHOCKER HAHA! I like to think of myself as someone who sticks with the foods they enjoy, so peanut butter & chocolate are definitely here to stay!
I decided to make a healthier version of my favorite peanut butter patties and I can’t describe how delicious these things are! They’re loaded with creamy peanut butter and have a rich, dark chocolate coating! Perfect to snack on all day.. no but seriously!!
The best part about this recipe is that it uses all natural and clean ingredients! I usually make a batch of these every week and leave them in the freezer for when that chocolate craving hits! I really can’t get over how simple, easy, and delicious these beauties are!
