Cool weather and a warm hot chocolate makes the perfect combo! This healthy hot chocolate recipe will leave you so cozy this season! It’s dairy-free, refined-sugar free, and nourishing for the body!

Hot chocolate, a treat that can never go wrong! Growing up, my favorite part about the holiday season was being able to finally drink hot chocolate! There was nothing better than ending a day off with a warm mug of liquid deliciousness!
The other day I ended my day and sat by the fireplace, craving a cup of warm hot chocolate! I decided to make my own little hot chocolate recipe and I was shocked at how incredible it was! I really do make the best stuff when I least expect it haha.
I took a healthier approach and used maple syrup as my sweetener. I absolutely love using maple syrup because it adds such a rich flavor to the drink that I absolutely love! In addition, I HIGHLY recommend topping yours off with some whipped cream and extra chocolate chips! Gotta do it right!
